You will be the primary user of the College Room Management System, responsible for updating data, generating reports, and providing management information to assist in accommodation planning.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Accommodation and Allocations Administrator's workload and training relevant college staff on the Room Management System.

Confidentiality and professionalism are paramount, as you will handle sensitive information and engage with current and prospective students, their families, landlords, and accommodation providers.

Extensive use of the Banner student record system is required, along with familiarity with the University’s financial and procurement systems.
