Join Our Team as a Maintenance Services Representative

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is a leading provider of inflight entertainment systems, and we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to airline customers and Panasonic personnel to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering departments to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct investigations and analyze data to identify systemic problems and trends.
  • Maintain a detailed working knowledge of aircraft avionics systems and interface with Panasonic equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux, Unix, Windows, Android, and TCP/IP networks.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Oracle.
  • Ability to write and converse effectively on a technical level.
