Our Critical Care Unit is a vital component of a large healthcare facility, equipped to handle a variety of emergency situations. The unit includes specialized areas for pediatric care, minor injuries, major incidents, and resuscitation services for both adults and children.
This is a pivotal moment for our department as we undergo a modernization review of our clinical practices and workforce. We invite you to be part of our innovative team during this transformative phase.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to operate independently while adhering to professional and organizational guidelines.
A clear vision for best practices, along with proven decision-making and organizational capabilities, is essential.
Ongoing professional development will be supported by our Senior Nurse for the Critical Care Unit and the Senior Nurse for Professional Development.
Proficiency in Welsh is advantageous for this role; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
