We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of personal tax accountants and providing expert tax advice to clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally renowned name in accountancy, general practice, and tax consultancy. Our firm is constantly growing due to its reputation in the accountancy world, and we are looking for a forward-thinking and progressive individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of personal tax accountants to review their work and provide guidance on complex tax advice
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and personal clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal tax planning
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified tax specialist with the ATT or CTA qualification, or have equivalent experience in corporate or personal tax planning. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a desire to work in a supportive firm with a global brand.
