We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Team Lead to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for leading a team of testers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of testers to plan and execute testing phases, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Review and analyze requirement documents to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Own work estimations and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Apply governance around quality and processes to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure regulatory and PCI standards are adhered to across the testing phase.
  • Collaborate with development teams to drive pragmatic solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members in risk-based thinking and pragmatism.
  • Facilitate coaching and appraisal reviews for team members.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience of leading large and diverse teams and projects.
  • Strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience of testing large scale websites and applications.
  • Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple streams of activity.
