Overnight Care Assistant

Position:

21 HSC is seeking to hire several Overnight Care Assistants for various positions within the organization, focusing on individuals experiencing homelessness.

All roles are structured as full-time permanent positions, comprising 36 hours per week, organized into 4 shifts of 9 hours each.

We offer both daytime and overnight contracts, along with opportunities for Senior Care Assistant roles. Your contributions will significantly enhance the health and wellbeing of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of personalized support plans.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of all support services, including personal care, housing assistance, health management (including medication support), personal growth, emotional support, and social inclusion.


Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the homelessness sector or in criminal justice settings, particularly with individuals facing substance use challenges.


Qualifications:
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
