We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all areas of the home are clean and tidy, including communal spaces and individual resident rooms. You will also be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, and for supporting residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a caring nature. You will also need to be able to work safely and effectively, following company policies and procedures.
