Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Archer Villages & Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents.

About the Role

As an aged care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive resident care, including managing chronic conditions and supporting daily living activities
  • Managing medications and health monitoring
  • Providing emotional and social support to residents and their families
  • Coordinating care and ensuring quality and safety compliance

We have two roles available:

  • 1x Casual Registered Nurse
  • 1x Flexible Registered Nurse (able to work at both Care Homes in Thorrington and Beckenham all shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week)
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Nursing Council-approved Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Health Science qualification
  • Previous experience in an aged care environment (preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A compassionate approach to resident care
