About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AML Compliance Officer to join our team at SEI1GLOBAL. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm's business model, products, and services, as well as the relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement effective AML and Financial Crime Compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify and mitigate potential AML and Financial Crime risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the AML and Financial Crime Compliance Program.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on AML and Financial Crime Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and implement updates to the AML and Financial Crime Compliance Program as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry peers to stay informed of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's overall compliance strategy and risk management framework.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AML and Financial Crime Compliance regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in AML and Financial Crime Compliance, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel as required.
