We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prison Support Worker to join our team at Red 5 People Ltd. As a key member of our criminal justice support programme, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation and resettlement of clients across prison and probation settings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients to support their rehabilitation and resettlement
- Provide 1:1 support and guidance to clients, setting goals and milestones to aid their progress
- Work across HMP Woodhill and Milton Keynes probation trust to deliver support services
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support package for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
- Experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting
- Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness
- Criminology graduates with volunteer experience are also encouraged to apply
- 25 days leave (increasing over time)
