The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Ambassadors ClubHouse. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales through your passion for beverage and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales
  • Develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions
  • Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seamless dining experiences
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bar team
