Contentious Probate Solicitor

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our client's well-established law firm in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE and a proven track record of success in contentious probate matters.

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for representing clients in contentious probate disputes, including wills, trusts, and estates. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Represent clients in contentious probate disputes, including wills, trusts, and estates
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law
