We are looking for a dedicated Finance Analyst to join our finance team based in Croydon. This newly established role is ideal for individuals eager to manage the complete process, drive improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth information and data technology environment.

Your Contributions at Janes:

  • Oversee the monthly commission calculation process and ensure timely payments for both internal sales personnel and partner sales.
  • Prepare and analyze sales quota attainment reports to share with sales management.
  • Act as the primary contact for sales and management regarding all commission-related inquiries, managing questions related to sales quota credits and adjustments.
  • Conduct commission accrual calculations to support the financial period closing.
  • Develop and present commission forecasts, including various scenarios based on sales projections.
  • Lead the annual quota-setting process within established timelines.
  • Manage the quota management process, including the facilitation of approvals and necessary documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, coupled with a commercial mindset.
  • Previous experience focused on commissions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
  • Capable of reviewing work for accuracy and presenting final outputs in an organized and comprehensible manner.
  • Confident communication skills for effective interaction with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
