Associate Director Geo-Environmental Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director Geo-Environmental to join their team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for leading the Geo-Environmental team and driving the vision for the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Geo-Environmental team, comprising a Principal, Senior, and Graduate Engineer
  • Develop and implement internal QMS procedures to ensure designs comply with company protocols
  • Coordinate and supervise client engagement, offering innovative designs and design documentation
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to the preparation of fee proposals
Requirements:
  • Completion of a relevant Engineering degree
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar engineering consultancy
  • Chartered geologist, Engineer, or Scientist
  • Commercial awareness and ability to attract and develop business opportunities
  • Proficiency in technical design packages, foundation design, and contaminated land risk assessment
