Role Overview:

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining revenue streams by establishing, implementing, and overseeing billing policies and procedures. This role involves continuous oversight of client billing across multiple accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships through effective project management and proactive problem-solving.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the billing team to ensure timely and accurate work output.
  • Provide financial reporting as required for various client deliverables, including monthly accrual reports.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, billing, or operations within a media agency or similar environment. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
