Street Lighting Electrician Job Description

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Street Lighting Electrician to join our Street Lighting division. As a Street Lighting Electrician, you will work within a team to execute electrical street lighting installations and ensure timely completion of site works. You will be working on high-profile projects in Westminster, a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within health and safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Interpret scaled drawings of basic electrical installations and detailed drawings of underground cabling
  • Ensure site works are executed in a time and cost-efficient manner, with regular liaison with the supervisor
  • Maintain plant, vehicle, and materials record sheets to support the works programme
  • Ensure all plant is fit for purpose and maintained to required standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Street Lighting industry, ideally coordinating street lighting operations
  • Class 2 HGV license and G39 certification, health and safety, safe isolation, and 18th edition
  • Ability to drive and possess a full UK driving license
