About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuations Manager to join our Forensic and Valuation services team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare analysis of financial data to support valuation reports
  • Conduct research and analysis on relevant sectors and economic factors
  • Write reports and letters to clients, including valuation reports
  • Liaise with clients throughout the valuation process
  • Collaborate with HM Revenue & Customs on tax-related valuations
  • Develop and support proposal documents for new business
  • Engage in business development and promote the firm's services to clients
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues
Requirements and Experience
  • Prior valuations experience and knowledge of valuation techniques and standards
  • Ability to interpret financial statements for valuations
  • Experience with S&P Capital IQ is desirable but not essential
  • Commercially and strategically minded
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and databases
  • Business development acumen and passion for working with people
  • Organized approach to work and meeting deadlines
