Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support to our clients, troubleshooting and repairing complex automation systems, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support to clients across the UK, troubleshooting and repairing complex automation systems.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting the required quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional field service support to clients.
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, controls, and electrical and electronic principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively across the UK.
