- Substantial experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Good understanding of healthcare policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
