We are looking for a skilled workshop manager or technician looking to take the next step in their career. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to deliver consistently high standards of service and maintenance.
- Manage the organisation and allocation of workshop workload, ensuring fair distribution and effective use of team resources.
- Support the workshop team in the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of our diverse hire fleet, including tyre service and alignment.
- Conduct regular spot checks to identify and rectify faults, maintaining high quality and repair standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate electronic records for vehicles and coordinate workshop visits with customers.
- Identify training needs for the team's continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified motor vehicle technician to Level 3.
- Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach.
- Full driving licence.
Benefits:
- Unlimited profit share bonus paid quarterly.
- 28 days holiday (increasing with service).
- Nest Pension (auto-enrolment).
- Full uniform provided.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm, Saturdays 08:30am - 12:30pm on a rota basis (1 in 3).
