Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Lead project management activities across one or more of the company's assets.
- Monitor planned project timelines and milestones, and track key project activities.
- Manage grant funding applications and grant-funded project work.
- Assess and implement fit-for-purpose software tools for project task management.
- Draft and manage contractor documentation and agreements.
- Manage key project meetings and document actions and outcomes.
- Contribute to the financial management of projects, including tracking expenditure and providing project financial information.
- Take a lead role in managing an external data room as appropriate.
- Complete all appropriate GXP/SOP training and adhere to role-specific SOP requirements.
- Assist with relationship management, tracking status of interactions with key project partners and collaborators.
- Life sciences degree or experience in industry involved in and leading drug discovery projects.
- Demonstrates successful organization skills and full project management lifecycle experience.
- Experience of the legal, contractual, and financial aspects in small biotech.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
- Project Management Training, such as Scrum with Kanban (PSK), Professional (PMI), or PRINCE II certification.
