- Manage digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with agencies, focusing on website enhancement, social media interaction, influencer collaborations, and content generation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance online visibility, user experience, and engagement across digital channels.
- Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs:
- Design strategies to attract and retain customers through loyalty initiatives, personalized marketing, and targeted campaigns.
- Cultivate a sense of community by creating engaging and shareable experiences that resonate with customer lifestyles.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

- Leadership and Team Collaboration:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, particularly within the food and beverage sector.

- Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media platforms, influencer engagement, and e-commerce strategies.
