Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver

Job Summary:

Proman UK, acting as an Employment Business, is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV/LGV C+E Drivers on behalf of our national client, who has an operating depot in Leeds LS27.

Job Role: HGV/LGV C+E Class 1 Driver - you'll be making bulk collections & deliveries between various sites and customers nationwide. Deliveries and collections may involve trailer swaps or having your trailer live unloaded and reloaded, depending on individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make bulk collections and deliveries between various sites and customers nationwide
• Operate HGV/LGV C+E vehicles, adhering to safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage trailer swaps and live unloading/reloading as required by customers
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections

Working Hours:

• All shifts commence between 12:00 and 20:00
• Shifts average 10 hours in length
• Flexibility is required

Pay Rates:

• PAYE, Pre 12 weeks
• Midweek: STD - £20.40 (£ holiday accrual)
• OT after 8hrs - £27.39 (£ holiday accrual)
• Saturday: STD - £25.65 (£ holiday accrual)
• OT after 8hrs - £27.39 (£ holiday accrual)
• Sunday: £28.51 (£25.44+ holiday accrual)
• Bank Holiday: £37.07 (£ holiday accrual)

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Class 1/C+E Licence
• No More than 6 points (No DD/DR/TT or IN endorsements)
• Valid Tacho and CPC cards
• Minimum 12 months of ongoing class 1 driver work experience is essential. Tachograph history reflecting this experience will be required to complete the induction.
• MUST have no more than 12 current points for infringements on card
