Job Summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Flow Assurance Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the Subsea Systems department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of hydrocarbons.

Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare and review technical documentation related to Flow Assurance activities, including conceptual studies, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.
  • To oversee the selection and evaluation of suppliers for Flow Assurance services.
  • To review and approve engineering work performed by contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • To identify and analyze complex multiphase hydrocarbon transportation schemes, and develop solutions to optimize flow assurance.
  • To utilize software such as OLGA, PVTSim, Multiflash, Pipenet, Pipesim, Hysys, and Unisim to model and simulate flow assurance systems.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Flow Assurance, with a strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with technical audits, design and safety reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessment.
