Job Description

Job Title: Remediation Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Remediation Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring both operational and commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of earthworks specification compliance and experience in managing projects related to remediation, regeneration, and reclamation work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contractual and SHEQ requirements for projects
  • Prepare and monitor CPP and RAMS
  • Plan and program project schedules
  • Coordinate resources, including plant, labor, materials, and subcontracts
  • Maintain financial control and reporting
  • Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Keep accurate project records

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Civil Engineering project management, particularly in remediation or earthworks
  • Knowledge of earthworks specifications
  • Familiarity with NEC, ICC, and JCT contract forms
  • Proficiency in MS Projects for programming
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Degree, HND, or CSCS NVQ Level 6 preferred

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborates with Contracts Managers, Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, Site Managers and Supervisors
  • Reports to Senior Contracts Manager and Board of Directors
