Position Overview

We are a global team focused on HR Data and Analytics, dedicated to shaping workforce data strategies, analytics, reporting, and the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) solutions. Our goal is to enhance engagement and productivity across individuals, teams, and businesses within JPMC. We strive to provide insights that empower leaders to make informed decisions that drive significant business results.

This role is pivotal as a thought leader, offering guidance on optimal solutions and evaluating innovative models. The position involves working on strategic, high-visibility projects across the organization, providing an opportunity to make a substantial impact within a leading financial services institution. You will be responsible for crafting data-driven solutions that contribute positively to the firm's performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend business needs,
  • Designing AI/ML solutions to meet critical business challenges,
  • Partnering with team members to implement comprehensive AI/ML solutions,
  • Engaging in research and development of cutting-edge solutions,
  • Documenting AI/ML models for stakeholder review,
  • Mentoring fellow AI/ML team members for their professional growth,
  • Working with cross-functional teams to achieve the objectives of the team and the organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced degree in a relevant analytical discipline (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Operations Research)
  • Experience applying AI/ML in relevant sectors,
  • Proven experience with machine learning methodologies, including supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning,
  • Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and its applications,
  • Proficient coding skills in Python, with experience utilizing libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, among others,
  • Prior experience with Spark, Hive, and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in financial services
  • PhD in a related field
