About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to lead our service development efforts in the region. As a Service Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a robust sales growth strategy to drive business expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, recruitment, and clinical teams
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective partnership working and market analysis
  • Leading the tender process for new contracts and ensuring accurate data management within our CRM software
  • Collaborating with the sales team to deliver sales growth and customer retention targets
