About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Samsic UK. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the operation, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Monitor and maintain site equipment and machinery to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Recruit and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they meet the company's regulatory standards
  • Consult with line managers to develop and implement procedures for staffing and service delivery

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities services role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff
  • Flexibility to cover other shifts and adapt to changing site requirements
  • Ability to develop client-orientated relationships and present Samsic UK in a professional manner
