XZy Reality is a leading Augmented Reality technology company that specializes in developing innovative solutions for the construction industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fast-paced Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of quality control procedures and protocols to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the product hardware and design engineering teams to ensure quality is considered throughout the concept, design, and production phases.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control systems to improve efficiency and data capture.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure our QC standards are met and upheld.
  • Establish quality trends, reports, and dashboards to track quality metrics from production and in-use field data.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality engineering/quality assurance.
  • Experience of root cause analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering 2D drawings.
  • ISO certification beneficial.
