Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and proficient Grounds Maintenance Operative to contribute to our operations at Go To Outsourcing. The primary duty involves the upkeep of outdoor environments, including gardens, parks, and communal areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming hedges, and maintaining flower beds
  • Planting and nurturing new trees, flowers, and shrubs
  • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of pathways and walkways
  • Utilizing and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
  • Applying fertilizers and pesticides as required
  • Inspecting outdoor areas for potential issues and reporting maintenance requirements
  • Supporting landscaping initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
