Disrepair Surveyor Specialist

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a skilled Disrepair Surveyor to deliver high-quality maintenance services focused on disrepair. This role offers flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough surveys to diagnose potential or existing damp and mould cases and repairs, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to address disrepair issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve maintenance services and processes.
- Proven experience in disrepair surveying, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex disrepair issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
