We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MRI Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health York Hospital. As a Senior Radiographer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, working with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
- Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload - in the department, on the ward, and in theatre
- Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities
- Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues
- Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification. Ideally, you will also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification. You will need to be able to work accurately and compassionately, with high levels of technical knowledge.
