Bright Horizons Teddington Day Nursery and Preschool seeks a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead our baby room team.

As part of this dynamic setting, you'll oversee the daily operations of our 78-place nursery, ensuring exceptional care and education for young children. Our spacious rooms and fantastic outdoor learning environment provide a stimulating space for growth and development.

Your Role:

  • Lead and inspire a team of early childhood educators to deliver outstanding care and educational experiences.
  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
  • Support staff training and professional development plans, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, providing open communication and collaborative support.
  • Promote the nursery's reputation within the community, contributing to occupancy growth.
