Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to maintain visually appealing displays and ensure the store is tidy and inviting.
  • Assist the gallery coordinator with inventory management, including ordering, checking in, and preparing stock for display.
  • Support the store manager with stock checking and packaging.
  • Provide expert knowledge of jewellery making and stone knowledge to customers.
  • Process web orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure security processes are followed and maintain a high level of organisation.

Requirements

  • Essential: jewellery making and stone knowledge, customer service experience, attention to detail, organisational skills, and strong verbal and written English.
  • Desirable: previous experience in similar roles or companies, basic Photoshop skills, and interest in jewellery design.

Working Hours

Part-time, minimum of two to three days per week, including weekends.
