Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commissioning process for the luxury nursing home.
  • Develop and mentor a passionate and focused team.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new staff.
  • Ensure quality improvement plans meet and exceed company and CQC requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external agencies.
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

  • Annual salary of around £75,000, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential & Nursing Care for Older People with a good CQC track record.
