About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing nationwide marketing campaigns that drive awareness, retention, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels, activation, community collaborations, and more.
  • Ensure brand continuity across all touchpoints and promotional activity, maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, design, brand, and digital, to deliver growth and awareness objectives.
  • Manage daily activity, including coordinating the delivery of POS materials and briefing design requirements in line with promotional calendars.
  • Support the development of social content, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements
  • Outstanding people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the bigger picture.
  • Ability to take ownership from day one and drive projects forward.
  • Experience managing social platforms and email marketing channels is a bonus.
