Their services encompass maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide range of commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems.

In light of their ongoing growth, they are seeking to hire a Commercial Kitchen Technician to operate within the Bristol region.

Position Summary:

  • As a Commercial Kitchen Technician, your responsibilities will include performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and occasional installation of kitchen equipment, such as appliances used in restaurants and bars, including cooking lines and dishwashing systems. Familiarity with primary cooking apparatus and dishwashers is advantageous.
  • This is a field-based role.
  • The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, with a one-hour lunch break.
  • The ideal candidate will also participate in an on-call rotation for evening and weekend emergencies, currently set at 1 in 6.
  • Opportunities for overtime are available.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential qualifications include Comcat 1, 3, and 5.
  • Applicants must possess experience in the commercial kitchen equipment sector.
  • Proficiency in the repair and maintenance of electrical and gas kitchen equipment is required.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
  • Candidates should ideally reside in the Bristol area.
