Senior Data Product Manager

Barclays Bank PLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Product Manager to drive the development of key data products. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business owners to capture key priorities and shape the problem statement into a clear backlog of ready work for the feature team.
The successful candidate will define the roadmap for given data products, prioritizing the backlog and ensuring deliverables meet the definition of done. You will collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process, utilizing your knowledge of the bank's technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's data products and technologies
- Work closely with business owners to capture key priorities and shape the problem statement into a clear backlog of ready work
- Define the roadmap for given data products, prioritizing the backlog and ensuring deliverables meet the definition of done
- Collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process
- Utilize knowledge of the bank's technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap
- Experience with data & analytics, requirements analysis, senior stakeholder management, and agile methodology
- Strong technical background with data engineer, data warehousing, and data governance
- Ability to work towards large-scale deliverables and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
