About the Opportunity

We're on a mission to deliver fresh, healthy food for cats, direct to their door. Our team is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to join us in this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face and voice of Marro to new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Use communication tools, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, to keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Actively seek and pass on customer insights and feedback to help shape the future of our business.
  • Deal with a wide range of customer queries, issues, and feedback, resolving problems independently and effectively.
  • Help form our culture and voice, bringing a fresh perspective to everything we do.
About You
  • Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • A passion for problem-solving and finding resolutions independently.
  • Ready to get stuck in and work hard wherever you're needed most.
  • Keen to take initiative in improving customer experiences and suggesting innovative ideas to help shape our team.
  • Love and understand cats, with the ability to relate to customers' concerns and feelings.
  • Can work autonomously to a very high standard, and also thrive as part of a team.
  • Reasonable numerical reasoning skills.
  • Kind, giving, and thoughtful.
  • Eager to learn and improve.
  • Genuine, honest, reliable, and adaptable.
