Momentum Security Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Centre Supervisor to lead a small control room team in a high-profile Security Operations Centre in Broughton. The successful candidate will have a SIA CCTV license and previous experience working in a busy control room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small control room team to ensure the smooth operation of security systems.
- Manage incidents and commands in a professional manner.
- Operate security systems in a professional and efficient way.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Operate access control systems to manage personnel and visitor access.
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Respond to threats such as crime, illegal entry, and trespass.
- Produce written incident reports.
- Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner.
- Respond to general queries from stakeholders.
- Liaise with keyholding providers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- SIA CCTV license holder.
- Previous control room experience is essential.
