We are seeking an experienced Automotive Customer Focused Engineer to join our team at Expleo Group UK Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market studies to investigate customer requirements, behaviors, and latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define customer requirements from a customer's point of view
• Establish customer target requirements, including in-vehicle infotainment systems, storage solutions, controls, switches, and displays
• Analyze European Automotive market trends and customer usage patterns
• Produce market, trend, and engineering test reports and benchmark reports
• Create documentation in response to customer use cases and needs

Requirements:

• Degree-educated with experience within the Automotive Industry
• Customer-focused with knowledge of European driving and car usage behavior
• Understanding of vehicle development and performance
• Appreciation and knowledge of usability and ergonomic principles
• Microsoft Office skills
