Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Workplace Leadership Team as an Area Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Arm's global headquarters in Cambridge, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site leadership support across the region, ensuring accurate insight and data analysis of current space and desk allocation, and demand forecast.
- Build business partner engagement with senior leaders to understand and align on business strategy, challenges, and opportunities.
- Take an integral role in the Cambridge site, understanding issues, challenges, and opportunities to help lead and manage service delivery and maintain high engagement.
- Lead a regional office portfolio and team, owning workplace operating and delivery models, budget management, data-driven decisions, and defining and delivering project management frameworks.
- Lateral-mindedness, judgement, and flexibility to build community with sensitivity.
- Experience working within a fast-paced technology-oriented business.
- Delivery of major campus and office development and fit-out projects, including space planning and design, procurement, project management, and moves.
Arm is a friendly team based in Cambridge, one of our largest and most dynamic offices. Our outstanding facilities include an on-site gym, several fantastic places to eat, relax, rewind, and refresh. We offer shuttle bus services to Cambridge station, plenty of cycle parking with end-of-trip showers, and parking, including EV chargers.
