As a Quality Control Manager at HARRON HOMES LIMITED, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will work collaboratively with internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales, and HR, as well as external partners such as Warranty Providers, Registered Landlords, Contractors, and colleagues.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Improving warranty provider CQR scores
  2. Reducing DPR rates
  3. Lowering RI scores
  4. Enhancing HQI pass scores
  5. Improving customer satisfaction scores
  6. Optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
  7. Ensuring build consistency
  8. Minimizing avoidable costs
  9. Driving quality from site through the Business Unit

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in an inspection role within the house building industry
  • Knowledge and experience of building standards and warranty provider requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
  • IT skills, including Microsoft packages and Coins
  • Commercial awareness and a future-focused mindset
  • Resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • A driving license is essential
