Job Summary:

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd is seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a company van to deliver and collect parcels from our clients' Parcelshop and Smart Locker network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually load and unload vehicles with packages.
  • Follow established delivery routes and schedules.
  • Ensure all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to recipients and senders.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the warehouse, particularly with the loading and unloading in the bays.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driver's license.
  • Have no more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Ability to pass a driving assessment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 5-6 days per week, with 10am starts. The pay rate is £11.44 per hour PAYE. The job type is ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
