We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a leading accountancy firm, we provide a wide range of financial services to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled professional to lead our audit engagements.
Job Purpose- Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of assignments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement audit strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our audit practices remain current and compliant.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, generous annual leave, and a range of benefits, including a company pension and flexible working arrangements.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Audit Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality audit services and building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience within practice.
- Proven track record of leading audits from planning to completion, with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
