Your New Role

The role involves managing the group's IT and communications infrastructure, including relationships with key partners. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • In-person IT user support experience
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office applications, including Office 365
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Entra (Azure) and Purview for security and compliance in the MS365 environment
  • Experience of installing, supporting, and administering Windows Server operating systems
  • Desirable: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Apps, including Power BI and MS Forms
  • Experience of creating and managing file sharing and data management sites using SharePoint
  • 2+ years' experience managing an IT function (ideally in a multi-site SME)
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment interacting with the NHS
