About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Meet and exceed performance standards, including delivery times and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to walk for long periods and work in all weather conditions
  • A strong sense of community and pride in delivering excellent customer service
