Scrum Master Opportunity at Network IT

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Network IT in Birmingham. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our Scrum ceremonies, mentoring and coaching engineers, and collaborating with our Product Owner and development team to shape our product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions for new and existing platforms
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews/demos
  • Mentor and coach engineers in Scrum and agile best practices
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to shape the product vision and roadmap
Requirements:
  • Proven Scrum Master experience in technology and application delivery
  • Strong IT/technical knowledge and ability to communicate with technical teams
  • Exceptional project management capabilities
  • Proven supplier and vendor management experience
  • Previous mentoring and continuous improvement of agile processes
  • Degree-educated or experience working in the education sector
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and On-Prem and SAAS data-rich applications

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000 plus exceptional benefits, including a generous pension and annual leave. As a Scrum Master, you will be required to attend site at least one day a week.
