**Job Summary**
Skilled Careers is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a brand new development of 250 units in a residential area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance on site, coordinating labour and resources, and managing material levels to ensure the highest standard of quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance on site, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate labour and resources to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Manage material levels on site to minimize stock and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure plots are built to the highest standard of quality.
- Monitor and control the cost of production, approving payment to contractors and trades as necessary.
- Initiate and attend plot inspections with local building inspectors or NHBC, taking corrective action to minimize RI's/BRI's.
- Liaise proactively with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth and controlled delivery of homes to customers.
- Deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times.
**Requirements**
- 10 years of experience in site management, preferably in volume house building.
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection certifications.
- Resilient attitude and excellent communication skills.
**What We Offer**
- Basic salary of between £60,000 - £70,000.
- Car allowance of £5,000.
