**Conference Producer - Event Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Producer to join our team at Media Search Inc. as an Event Manager. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality conferences and events that meet our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage each event from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and implement event strategies to meet financial and attendance targets.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new opportunities and develop innovative event concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Write engaging content and work with the sponsorship team to deliver high-quality sponsor content.
- Ensure smooth event execution, both onsite and virtually, with the support of the events team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event formats to maintain their relevance and appeal.
- Launch new conferences for existing and new audiences, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in producing content for conferences and content-led events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and a keen interest in identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
